Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4 1979) is an American model and actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced several characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and social worker. She is a part-Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
