Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is an American musician, rapper and songwriter. The stage name he uses is that of his loved uncle and is also the first name given to Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal for GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. The project was followed by a second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut album from the studio. The single that became a hit "Antidote" was the main track. His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album together with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the latter part of 2019. This album topped the Billboard 200. His single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott was the first performer on the Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within the span of a year.
